Christmas Cookies
DeeDee really wanted to start a new tradition this year of baking Christmas cookies with the kids - Jackson will hopefully be able to join in next year when he’s a tad bit older. It was certainly a great time, especially for Delilah who was anxious for each step of the process, especially the last. I cannot even count the number of times (through each process, e.g., waiting for the dough to chill, for the cookies to cool, for the frosting to dry) she asked “are they ready yet?”
