Playing Hookey to go to the Zoo
Friday was a beautiful day, so DeeDee decided to skip Gymboree class to take Jackson to the zoo while Delilah was in school. DeeDee knows the zoo like the back of her hand (having taken Delilah there tons of times), so they got there when it opened, and hit all the big animals first, being the first to arrive at many of the exhibits.
They got a great view of elephants, orangutans playing with trash cans, giraffes, chimps, gorillas, crocs (possibly Jackson’s favorite exhibit), zebras, and a bunch more. Jackson also got his very first ride on a merry-go-round!!
