Double checkup: Delilah 4 yr / Jackson 1.5 yr
DeeDee “lucked” out and got the opportunity to take both kids in for this checkups at the same time! I am guessing she won’t schedule it that way again…
Delilah was a tale of two checkups… she was a rock star to start and did everything that was asked of her. However, then she got three “pinches” (shots) and that all went to hell. DeeDee said she hasn’t seen her that mad/upset in a long time and Delilah says she never wants to return to the doctor again.
On the exciting front, she continues to sprout in height - now to the 98th percentile - she’s the average height of a 5 ½ year old:
- Weight: 37.2 lbs (67th percentile)
- Height: 43 ¼ in. (98th percentile)
Jackson too got some shots but he’s still young enough for the standard reaction. He enjoyed some light reading and snacks.
- Weight: 23.6 lbs (40th percentile)
- Height: 33 in. (70th percentile)
- Head: 18 ¼ cm (20th percentile)
