Delilah with her second cousins
We had a great time during the day hanging out with all the Seymours. However, Samantha and Katie took great interest in little Lilah. It was cute as they kept calling her “Baby Delilah."
I think it was especially fun for us because these girls were DeeDee and my first real kid experience as we used to help out their parents as they had two sets of twins. Our first real "kid sitting” times were when we’d take the girls to Gymboree to help out Gail or Scott (whoever was not at home with the second set of twins.)
I think those times probably had a big influence on our “readiness” to take the plunge into parenthood.
