Annual/Semi-annual Check-ups
Today, DeeDee took the kids to the pediatrician for their check-ups. Delilah had her 5-year check-up, and Jackson had his 2.5-year check-up. Delilah put on such a brave face, and Jackson followed her lead. During their blood pressure checks, Delilah put Jackson’s froggie in front of his face and told him to smell. It must be some sort of lovey therapy.
Jackson only had one shot (the flu shot), while Delilah had to endure five needles (two vaccines, one flu shot, one skin test, and one blood draw). It was brutal for poor Delilah (and mommy), but Delilah was such a trooper. Here are their stats!
Delilah @ 5 years:
Weight: 40.6lbs - 55th percentile
Height: 46 inches - 96th percentile (she’s the average height of a 6.5-7 year old!!)
Jackson @ 2.5 years:
Weight: 29lbs - 40th percentile
Height: 36 ¾ inches - 75th percentile
