Pretty Eyes
Definitely one of my favorite pictures so far of Delilah - especially her eyes. Such a pretty little girl.
Packing my bags to leave for a week to head to the Super Bowl for work. What normally would be a very exciting trip is tempered knowing I’ll miss a week’s worth of events in Lilah’s life. So much is changing so fast that I know I’ll miss more words, more “tricks”, and our Sunday breakfast … I’m just hoping I don’t miss her first steps. I never really understood why my friends were so reluctant to leave their kids for our various trips - but now it makes total sense.
