Playing on the Beach
With the improved weather, we were able to spend a bit of time on the beach so tha Delilah could play in the sand and get close to the water. She seemed OK with the sand and we had some fun getting close to the water. I took her near the water and crouched down so she could get close to the incoming waves. She would chuckle when they’d get right up to my feet but whenever I would would start to lower her closer to the water (or even wet sand) she’d clench her grip. Probably a good thing though as it would be better to introduce her to the ocean in a warmer environment.
