Splash Pad
In an attempt to beat the triple digit weather this past weekend, we met some of Delilah’s little friends at a local park that had a “splash pad." I was quite excited since I enjoy taking her to the pool so much and the park was almost as fun. We had to exert a lot of effort boxing out the other older kids so that she could get some time with the water - a few of them almost took a solid elbow from daddy.
This was actually Delilah’s second visit to a splash pad as DeeDee had taken her a few days prior to another, less crowded and less elaborate version:
