Delilah ♥’s Her Princesses
Delilah is currently going through a major Disney princess phase - she knows all their names and some of her new words have been “Ariel” and “Belle” (although her favorite continues to be Snow White or “ssssss” as she calls her.)
We actually used this newfound love to help break Delilah of a hand-biting habit she had, by placing Disney princess band-aids on her hand. Since we started doing this, she has stopped the hand-biting habit - trading it for a new habit of wanting multiple princess band-aids throughout the day. We always give in, but it’s hard to blame us as there is nothing cuter than seeing her smiling in excitement as she reaches into the band-aid box, picks out a band-aid, then anxiously opens it to see which princess she’ll get.
