Ready to Depart!
Our first flight was a red eye from LAX to Ft. Lauderdale. With all the unknowns and large amount of baggage (car seat, stroller, etc) we got to the airport several hours early. Given the fact it was a Sunday night flight the airport was pretty empty so we spent a good amount of time in the terminal just waiting for our flight.
Delilah was really good during this wait and seemed to take great joy in simply running around (which we championed hoping that it would tire her out for the long flight.)
