2 Month Checkup
Very good check-up for us as Delilah measured in a t 11 lbs 9 oz (70th percentile) and 23 3/8 inches (80th percentile.) Dr. was happy with our parenting so far, which was good to hear.
Delilah enjoyed only part of the checkup as this was the first round of vaccinations. Right up until they gave her some Infant Tylenol (sweet Cherry flavored) she was extremely happy and talking/smiling to the nurse. However, once the shots started all that changed.
She had a rough time immediately following the shots, so much screaming that she immediately fell asleep once we got her re-dressed. We don’t think she felt well most of the night either as she was a bit fussier than normal (which was expected per the doctor.) However, I’m happy to report she woke up this morning happy-as-normal.
