Delilah’s First Dance Routine
Post from DeeDee: For the past few months, Delilah’s dance class has been learning a routine for an upcoming dance recital. Never once did Delilah show any interest in participating in the routine, preferring instead to stand and stare. She’s the youngest in the class, as most of the girls have already turned three, so I just thought she might be too young for the recital this year. Well, today in class for the first time ever, she decided to participate in the routine! Unfortunately, since the recital is only one week away, it’s too late to sign up because the costumes have already been ordered and delivered. :( Needless to say, I’m kicking myself over this. Lesson learned: sign her up or all recitals, performances, etc., because you never know when they’ll decide to surprise you!
