Delilah’s First Movie (in a real theater) -Madagascar 3
For Father’s Day I really wanted to take Delilah to her first movie. While Prometheus had just opened I decided that Madagascar 3 made more sense. We were a bit nervous but seeing a theater full of kids made us breathe a sigh of relief. However, it seemed we had little to concern ourselves with as Delilah did great. She watched the first hour of the movie without fuss - eating her snack tray throughout. About an hour in she started to navigate the seat a bit more but that seemed like the common point when the other kids in the theater got restless as well. Overall, it was quite a success and she already wants to “go back Madagscar 3.”
