Big Sister
One of the biggest unknowns leading up to Jackson’s birth was how Delilah would take to being a big sister. We’d heard horror stories about the introduction of a sibling and prior to this point Delilah was rarely OK with either of us holding or even playing with another kid.
While we had seen Delilah warming up to the idea in the weeks leading up to the birth it was still a relief to see how well she took to being a bigger sister. She was happy that Jackson brought gifts for her upon his arrival and she was also very eager to “help” with initial diaper changes and prepping of bottles.
