“Halloween Book”
About a week ago Delilah decided she wanted to be Belle for Halloween so we picked up her outfit from the Disney store. The next day a Halloween costume catalog showed up in the mail and our lives haven’t been the same since.
Delilah loves reading the catalog and makes me read it to her three times before getting into bed and once in bed. By “read” I mean go costume by costume through the catalog telling her the characters. Every time we get to Belle she gets excited that it’s “her costume” and has even picked out her costume for the next two years from the catalog (Cinderella and Jasmine.) She also gets super excited when we get to the page of Super Why (her current favorite cartoon) and recently has grown very interested in the last few pages of home and yard decorations - although has made it clear (as of now) that she doesn’t want the decorations in our front yard.
